Ashlen Homes was founded by Tracy, a seasoned real estate investor with over 25 years of experience in residential real estate across Canada and the U.S. What began as a vision has grown into a successful portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties.

Tracy holds a Business degree from the University of Toronto and spent over 15 years working in finance. Her combined experience in real estate and finance has given her deep knowledge in banking, finance, project management, and wealth strategy. This background has also provided her with the leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams and consistently deliver strong results. Tracy offers extensive expertise in real estate analysis, negotiation, acquisition, and project management. She identifies and transforms undervalued properties into profitable assets—whether through resale or long-term rental—while maintaining a strong focus on value creation and risk management.
